Getting started

What do I need to use Synqology?

Synqology is built for iPhone and reads permitted data through Apple Health. Apple Watch adds the recovery, workout, and sleep signals that make the full picture richer; compatible third-party sources can also contribute data through Apple Health.

How quickly will I see a Vitality Index?

Existing Apple Health history can form an early view quickly. A fresh tracking history takes longer because each component has its own minimum window. Synqology marks the Index provisional until enough signal coverage is present.

Vitality Index and Readiness

What is the difference between Vitality and Readiness?

Vitality is your longer-term 0–100 healthspan direction, balancing Behavior and Physiology across multi-day windows. Readiness is the daily view of how prepared your body appears for activity today.

Why is my Vitality Index provisional?

A provisional label means coverage is below the required level or core recovery signals are still missing. Components only enter the Index when their own minimum-data rules are met, so an incomplete picture is never presented as settled.

Does a higher score mean I will live longer?

No. The Vitality Index organizes wellness signals and their direction. It does not predict lifespan, diagnose disease, or guarantee an outcome.

Plans, Forecast, Reports, and Deep Analysis

How does the Adaptive Weekly Plan change?

The seven-day plan re-tunes from recent recovery, completed activity, goals, and schedule. Today's intent is free; Synq Pro opens the complete week, day details, and plan-change context.

How is the Vitality Forecast made?

Forecast reruns the current Vitality engine with the weekly plan as hypothetical future behavior, floored by current habits. Physiology, sleep, bonuses, and data coverage remain at today's values. It is a projection, not a promise, and assumes future weeks resemble this one.

What is in the Weekly Longevity Report?

The report brings together weekly wins, plan versus actual, recent score direction, available forecast context, and one next-week focus. Low-data weeks are presented with a lighter, honest read.

What does Deep Analysis use?

Deep Analysis works from longer-range aggregates—up to 90 days of supported trend data—and the current Vitality component breakdown. It is designed to surface patterns and useful next levers without presenting medical conclusions.

synqIQ and experiments

What can I ask synqIQ?

Ask about your health data, habits, supplements, experiments, Readiness, sleep, training, or the Vitality Index. synqIQ provides wellness context, not medical advice.

How do experiments work?

An experiment creates a normal-routine baseline followed by a test period, automatically collecting Vitality and Sleep scores for comparison. Results stay explicit when there is not enough data or when Vitality coverage is limited.

Is synqIQ included for free?

Free includes a monthly synqIQ allowance. Synq Pro includes expanded access; the current allowance and any account-specific availability are shown in the app.

Pricing and subscriptions

How much does Synq Pro cost?

US reference pricing is $12.99/month or $89.99/year. App Store pricing, currency, and tax can vary by region.

What remains free?

Core scores, recent signal views, today's plan guidance, compact experiment results, and included synqIQ access remain free. Pro adds the full plan, Forecast, Weekly Reports, long-term depth, full experiment results, and expanded synqIQ.

How do I restore or manage a subscription?

Use Restore Purchases in the Synqology paywall with the Apple ID used to subscribe. Billing and cancellation are managed through your Apple ID subscription settings.

Data and privacy

Where does my health data come from?

Synqology reads only the Apple Health categories you permit. Those inputs can come from iPhone, Apple Watch, or compatible apps and devices that write to Apple Health.

How is my data used?

Permitted health data powers your scores, trends, planning, and synqIQ context. Synced data is associated with your private account, and product-specific privacy details are explained in the Privacy Policy.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Synqology provides an account-deletion path. Review the Privacy Policy for current details about deletion, retention, processing, and any records that must be retained for legal or security reasons.
